Thanks for visiting, my name is Joe Kelly. I am a senior systems engineer with Varrow, a systems integrator with offices in Raleigh, Greensboro and Charlotte, NC. Our primary focus is on technologies centered around EMC, VMware, Cisco, Microsoft, and Citrix.Tacit knowledge is that which is gained through personal experience or training. It could be further describe as knowledge that is embedded in a culture and not easily understood by those not embedded in that culture. VirtualTacit is a collection of experiences meant to inform and further the tacit movement.
