As 2010 comes to an end, its important for us to recognize who got us here. Although great vendors, people, products, etc contribute to the position we are in today. We as a VAR only have one person to thank and that’s the customer. Without you we are nothing more than a tribe of IT intellects looking for a cause.
So my yearly Battle Ponderings will not be respent meandering industry trends or company accolades but rather Thanking those that make us whole. YOU Mr. Customer. It’s all about you.

Now I could go on and on and on, but these points encompass so much. So what’s our promise to you next year in one sentence?

That’s it. Simple Huh?
And while I don’t normally push my employer on my followers, its hard not to based on the year we have had.
